皆さんは島根県というと何を連想されますか? 島根が大好きな私は、出雲大社、宍道湖、松平不昧公、陶芸家の安食さん一家、田部美術館、玉造温泉を思い浮かべます。
今回、ご紹介する三原嘉子さんは、その名湯、玉造温泉の近くに素敵な工房を構える陶芸家です。 ご主人は焼き締め陶でその名を馳せる陶芸家の三原研さんで、仲睦まじい私の憧れのご夫妻です。
さて、嘉子さんの作品は「森」をテーマに、土をこね、森の中の鳥や動物に成形し、草花を懸命に描き、白く柔らかい薬をかけた愛くるしい作品を作ってこられました。 忙しい日々の中で、心がすーっと安らぐそんな作品達です。
弊廊で三年振り五回目となる本展では、サブタイトルを「白露の森」と名付け、最新作の茶陶やうつわを発表いたします。 この最新作は貼り絵の技法で作られ、これまでの嘉子作品からさらに進化した愛おしいものです。 なお、ご主人の研さんも少しだけ新作をご出品頂き愛妻の個展に花を添えてくださいます。

| Biography Biography | 昭和57年 大阪芸術大学 工芸学科 陶芸専攻（山田 光ゼミ）卒業 After graduation, I studied under Professor Kenji Funaki for two years. 平成23年 柿傳ギャラリーにて個展（平成26年、28年、令和元年） Numerous solo and group exhibitions held in various locations. Currently in production in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. |
