| Introduction Introduction |
Since I was a child, I grew up watching my father, Hiro, work in a way that made it seem like he was having fun, so I feel like I naturally ended up in this field. Once I started down this path, I realized it was a very difficult one. Sometimes the kiln temperature wouldn't rise properly, sometimes the firing didn't go well, sometimes the entire kiln was a failure, and there were days when I couldn't come up with any ideas about what to make. However, I believe that if I don't enjoy making it myself, others won't enjoy it either, so I want to make it a fun experience.

| Biography Biography | ▶ Jun Ajiki Born in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture in 1982. In 2003, I started working at Kumagai Pottery Materials (a ceramic raw materials company) in Gifu Prefecture. In 2004, he returned to his hometown of Izumo and trained under his father, Hiro Ajiki taking over the salt glaze technique. 2020: Started using peach porcelain glaze. 2022 Nariwa Art Museum PINK Revolution, WAKUWAKU Jun Ajiki Exhibition ▶ Hiro Ajiki Born in 1948 in Hirata City, Shimane Prefecture. 1987: Tanabe Museum of Art Grand Prize, Grand Prize at the Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition 2000: Tabe Museum Grand Prize, Excellence Award at the Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition 2005: Held a tea ceremony and solo exhibition in India. The host will be Hiro Ajiki . Even if you've never participated in a tea ceremony before, you are more than welcome, so please feel free to come and enjoy a cup of tea.
