Biography
Born in 1948 in Hirata City, Shimane Prefecture.
1987: Grand Prize at the Tanabe Museum of Art's Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition
1996: Encouragement Award at the Tanabe Museum of Art's Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition.
       Tanko Biennale Special Prize
1998 Tanko Biennale Encouragement Award
In 1999, I held two outdoor tea ceremonies in Bhutan and took a deep breath.
       Aired on NHK BS2's "Exploring Pottery"
2000: Excellence Award at the Tanabe Museum of Art's Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition
2002: Gifu Prefectural Museum of Modern Ceramics, "100 Years of Modern Ceramics Exhibition"
2003: Encouragement Award at the Tanabe Museum of Art's Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition
2005: Held a tea ceremony and solo exhibition in India.
       Works held in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art
2007, Kyūbizu Yume Tea Ceremony in Tokyo
2008: Declared retirement

■ Information about the Basara Tea Ceremony at Kakiden

On Wednesday, June 12th, the third day of the event, Mr. Anjiki will be hosting the "Basara Tea Ceremony at Kakiden" as follows:
I hear that Mr. Anjiki is planning some fun combinations. Please look forward to it.
There's no dress code or etiquette requirements, so please feel free to join us. (Shop owner, Takashi Yasuda)

  ① Seating available from 10:00 AM (*), ② Seating available from 11:00 AM (*), ③ Seating available from 1:00 PM, ④ Seating available from 2:00 PM
*Thanks to everyone's support, both the 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM seating sessions are now fully booked. Thank you very much.

2. Venue
  Shinjuku Kyoto Kaiseki Kakiden
  Yasuyo Building, 3-37-11 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo (1 minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station Central East Exit)
  Tea ceremony room: 9th floor, Dim sum room: 6th floor, Reception: B2F Kakiden Gallery
  *Please arrive at the Kakiden Gallery (2nd basement floor of the Yasuyo Building) at least 15 minutes before your seating time.

3. Membership fees
  9,000 yen (tax included)
