| Introduction Introduction |
生家は祖父、父と続く古美術商。 「安洞茶道具店」の名は、安藤姓の多い岐阜で名が紛れてしまわぬようにと、茶杓研究の草分けとして名の聞こえた数奇者、高原杓庵がつけたものだという。
だが安洞雅彦が継いだのは、古美術の商いではなく、織部の(再)創造だった。
洞とは内部がうつろになった、奥深い洞窟などのこと。
その奥深いところを明察するのが「洞察」であり、織部の過去から未来に向けられた安洞の洞察が生み出したものこそ、現代の食卓にシンデレラフィットする──させてしまう、異形の豆向付なのだ。
