The Japan Ceramic Society presents the Japan Ceramic Society Award, which recognizes the most outstanding artist based on their activities during the year, and the Japan Ceramic Society Gold Award, which recognizes artists who have made a significant contribution to the Japanese ceramics world, taking into account their past activities and achievements.
Works by over 40 past award-winning artists, including 2024 winners Kentaro Kawabata and Takashi Nakazato, will be on display.
This year, the award-winning artists' works will be exhibited at Art Fair Tokyo 20, providing an opportunity to showcase their talents to the world.
