Due to numerous inquiries from customers, we are pleased to present all of Mari Yoshimura's exhibited works here.
・No. 1 is the artwork featured in the direct mail for this exhibition, and it was already sold on the first day of advance ticket sales for the artwork featured in the direct mail (February 27th).
Regarding the sales method on the first day of the event, March 5th (Friday)
Due to anticipated crowds on the first day of the event, March 5th (Friday), the sales method will be as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the need to avoid crowded spaces to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we appreciate your understanding.
Information on how to get started on the first day of the event, March 5th (Friday)
Depending on the situation on the morning of the first day of the event, March 5th (Friday), we may distribute numbered tickets.
・In that case, numbered tickets will be distributed in the elevator hall on the 1st floor of the Yasuyo Building where the Kakiden Gallery is located.
After receiving your numbered ticket, you are welcome to leave the premises until 10:50 AM, 10 minutes before the gallery opens. Alternatively, you can wait in the "Kakiden Kokin Salon" on the 6th floor above our gallery, which will be open as a waiting area.
Please return to the Yasuyo Building by 10:50 AM and line up in order of your ticket number, heading towards the first floor, starting from the entrance door of the Kakiden Gallery on the second basement floor. We would appreciate it if you could maintain social distancing while lining up.
At 11:00 AM, the gallery's opening time, we will guide visitors into the gallery in the order of their numbered tickets.
2. Possibility of entry restrictions
・To avoid crowding, it is highly likely that we will be restricting entry at the Kakiden Gallery entrance (B2F) on the morning of the first day of the exhibition, Friday, March 5th.
In that case, we will guide you into our gallery in the order of your numbered ticket.
・If we determine that the gallery is crowded even after the second day of the exhibition, March 6th (Saturday), we may ask you to limit entry.
3. Ordering by phone
As previously promised, we will also be accepting orders by phone starting at 11:00 AM on the first day of the exhibition, Friday, March 5th, when the gallery opens.
To maintain accuracy in the order of reception, we only accept reservations by phone; unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations by email or fax.
From March 6th (Saturday), the second day of the exhibition, we will also accept orders via email and fax.
4. Request to limit the number of items sold
Regarding the works of Yuko Sawatani, Chiharu Hayasuke, and Mari Yoshimura, who have been the subject of the most inquiries, we sincerely apologize, butOn the first day of the exhibition, March 5th (Friday), sales will be limited to one item per person per artist.Therefore, you can purchase one piece from each artist, for a total of three pieces.
I have decided to do this, with the hope that as many people as possible will purchase it. I would appreciate your understanding.
5. Take home your artwork.
・On the first day of the exhibition, March 5th (Friday), we would appreciate it if you would refrain from taking your artwork home on that day. This is to minimize waiting times for our customers. We would be grateful for your understanding.
・The artwork you purchase will either be temporarily held at our gallery, or it will be delivered to your specified location free of charge via Japan Post's courier service at a later date.
From March 6th (Saturday), the second day of the exhibition, you are welcome to take your artwork home with you.
