Host of the Seifu Tea Ceremony: Kamayu Mihashi

We will be holding a commemorative tea ceremony, "Seifū no Chakai" (Tea Ceremony of the Clear Breeze), in the tea room at Shinjuku Kakiden, located above the Kakiden Gallery.
The host will be Kamayu Mihashi, who is currently holding a solo exhibition at Kakiden Gallery.

Of course, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will implement infection prevention measures with the safety and security of all attendees as our top priority.
Even if you've never participated in a tea ceremony before, you are more than welcome, so please feel free to join us and enjoy a cup of tea as the year draws to a close.

Infection prevention measuresPlease be sure to disinfect your hands with the alcohol provided at the reception desk or building entrance.
Please cooperate by having your temperature taken using the thermal imaging camera installed at the reception desk.
 We regretfully ask that guests with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher refrain from attending.
If you have a fever or are feeling unwell, please refrain from applying.
Please wear a non-woven fabric mask except when you are having tea and snacks.
We would appreciate it if you would keep conversations to a minimum in the tea room.
In the tea preparation area, we will thoroughly implement measures such as taking the temperature of staff, frequent hand washing and alcohol disinfection of hands, ensuring ventilation, and disinfecting tea bowls, individual plates, wooden picks, and tea cloths with boiling water.
