暑い暑い葉月の昼下がり、東京・青梅市にある彫刻家の青野さんのご自宅を訪ねました。ご夫妻と愛犬のハナちゃんと、青野作品を前に談笑してきましたが、ご一家の優しいお人柄もあり、心地よい一時を過ごしました。 さて、青野さんといえば、美ヶ原高原美術館(長野県)などに存するモニュメント的な大型作品で知られる鉄の彫刻家ですが、最近は制作の裾野を広げ、鉄製の茶道具にも挑まれています。とりわけ、風炉は、これまでの青野さんの彫刻作品のモチーフを取り込んだモダンなデザインが魅力だと、私は思います。 私共にとって初個展となる今回は、茶“陶”展ではなく、茶“鉄”展と題し、鉄で出来た茶道具類(風炉、釜、花入、蓋置)を中心に、お得意のオブジェや照明なども展観します。 お茶を楽しまれている方も、これまでの青野作品をご覧になってきた方も、どうぞご指導を賜れれば幸いです。会期中、お抹茶も御用意しています。是非、ご高覧ください。 Shop owner Takashi Yasuda |
