| Introduction Introduction |
The Sugiura couple's home and workshop is located in Manazuru, Kanagawa Prefecture, overlooking Sagami Bay. Their beautiful garden is filled with various flowers, and they are frequently visited by wild birds such as great tits and Japanese white-eyes. In this rustic setting, Yasumasa diligently creates ceramic flowers, and Yuko diligently paints flowers onto ceramic vessels. Shop owner Takashi Yasuda |
