以前から暖めていた今回の企画展は、今年元旦に起こった能登半島地震により、石川県で作陶する私たち家族にとって思いも掛けず特別な意味を持つことになりました。
正月の足の踏み場もない展示室の中で破片を拾い集めながら、家族全員無事であることの幸せと能登の被災状況の非情さに思いを寄せ、私達は今回の企画の名前を「嘸旦(むたん)」としました。無からの始まりを意味する私たちの展示室の名前です。
今回は、柿傳ギャラリーさんと共同で売上げから義援金を拠出し、ささやかではありますがこの度の震災に役立てよう考えています。
初めての家族5人による展示。 新しく歩み始めた私たちの想いを感じていただければ幸いです。
錦山窯 四代𠮷田幸央

▶ ｢嘸旦｣について ｢嘸旦｣の意味は、音のない始まり。そして、無我の創造。 私たちは職人です。 日々のたゆまぬ修練から生まれるつくり手の幸福感、石蔵の中に眠る過去の膨大な 古作から立ちのぼる職人の息づかいや立ち居振る舞い、そこで交わされたであろう古の職人たちの無言の会話までも紡ぎ、作品として今の時代に表現していきたい。 そのような思いからこの空間を「嘸旦」と命名しました。
▶ ｢錦山窯｣について 錦山窯は、石川県小松市高堂町にある九谷焼上絵付を専業とする窯元です。 1906(明治39)年に初代𠮷田庄作がこの地で開窯して以来、およそ 120年余りの間、窯の火を絶やさずに作陶を続けてきました。 五彩を駆使した色絵や金彩をあしらった金襴手など、細やかで絢爛華麗な技法を特徴とし、彩色金襴手に長けていた初代から代々金を使った絵付を特徴としてきました。 三代 美統は「釉裏金彩」の技法を高め、国指定重要無形文化財保持者(人間国宝)の認定を受けています。 そして四代となる幸央は伝統の技を継承しながら、時代に合った新しい彩色金襴手の表現を模索して日々研鑽し今に至っています。 |
| Biography Biography | ▶ 𠮷田美統 Yoshita Minori 昭和7年 石川県小松市生まれ 昭和26年 高校在学中より陶技を学び、19歳で錦山窯三代を継ぐ 昭和49年 第21回 日本伝統工芸展に初入選 昭和59年 日本工芸会奨励賞 平成4年 高松宮記念賞 平成12年 日本工芸会保持者賞を受賞 平成13年 重要無形文化財「釉裏金彩」の保持者に認定 ▶ 𠮷田幸央 Yoshita Yukio Born in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture in 1960. 昭和60年 朝日陶芸展奨励賞 平成6年 高岡クラフト展金賞 平成9年 国際色絵陶磁器コンペティション97九谷準大賞 平成11年 国際陶芸ビエンナーレ99 特別賞 平成12年 第2回 現代茶陶展TOKI織部銀賞 2010 Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition, Prince Takamatsu Memorial Award 平成25年 日本伝工芸展60回記念「工芸からKOGEIへ」展（東京国立近代美術館工芸館） 平成26年 第19回 MOA岡田茂吉賞展（熱海市MOA美術館） 令和2年 Kogei2020 令和4年 未来へつなぐ陶芸－伝統工芸のチカラ展（パナソニック汐留美術館・国立工芸館・その他） ▶ 𠮷田るみこ Yoshita Rumiko 昭和37年 石川県生まれ 昭和60年 金沢大学卒業後、石川県立九谷焼技術研修所 入学 昭和62年 石川県立九谷焼技術研修所 卒業、錦山窯で作陶を開始 平成11年 朝日現代クラフト展優秀賞 錦山窯の新商品の開発・製作をする傍ら、嘸旦ギャラリーのアートディレクターとして運営・企画に携わる。近年は、地元小松市で産出する様々な石や出会った方から頂いた鉄分を多く含む土などを使い自分の感性に寄り添う加飾法の探求を続けている。 ▶ 𠮷田みふゆ Yoshita Mihuyu 昭和61年 石川県生まれ 平成20年 女子美術大学短期大学部を卒業、空間デザインを学ぶ その後東京で店舗設計事務所に入社、アパレルやジュエリーのショップデザインを担当 平成28年 錦山窯に入る 商品の企画・開発・製作、またSNSを利用した広報活動まで幅広く携わる ▶ 𠮷田太郎 Yoshita Taro 平成6年 石川県生まれ 平成29年 京都精華大学芸術学部素材表現学科陶芸コース卒業 平成30年 錦山窯入社 令和4年 VOICE（神宮前）個展 令和5年 VOICE（神宮前）個展 100年以上続く錦山窯で金を扱う洗練された九谷の技法を職人から学ぶ一方、釉薬による人の力の及ばない自然の力が醸し出す表情を日々探求している。 |
