| Biography Biography | □Hyoa Ikeda Born in Tokyo in 1951. After graduating from Musashino Art University, he pursued a career in bamboo art, and in 1993, he succeeded to the name of Hyōa III. Since then, she has regularly held solo exhibitions at Mitsukoshi Main Store. Currently, she presides over the "Chikugakukai" group and teaches at Tanko Culture Center, NHK Culture Center, Mitsukoshi Culture Salon, Asahi Culture Center, and other institutions. "Tea Ceremony Bamboo Art: Basket Flower Vases and Bamboo Flower Vases" (Tankosha), "The Art of Tea Ceremony" (Sekai Bunka Publishing), He has authored numerous books, including "Tales of Baskets and Bamboo" (Tankosha). □ Taisuke Ikeda Born in Tokyo in 1981. After graduating from Musashino Art University, he studied under his father, the third-generation Ikeda Hyōa. In 2011, I participated in a group exhibition at Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan. |
