| Introduction Introduction |
We offer our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the Great East Japan Earthquake, and our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected in the disaster-stricken areas. We also express our sincere respect and gratitude to all those working tirelessly on disaster relief efforts in the affected regions. And we pray for the swift recovery of all those affected. We have decided to hold a "Disaster Recovery Support Charity Exhibition," in which half of the proceeds will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society as earthquake relief funds. We asked 28 artists, and they kindly agreed. As a result, we will be offering many attractive works at prices lower than usual, and we hope that this will bring a spring "breeze" from Shinjuku to the disaster-stricken areas. We sincerely look forward to your visit to our gallery. Takashi Yasuda, owner of Kakiden Gallery |
