| Introduction Introduction |
I met Mr. Hideo Hata when I was a student, and that encounter led to the beginning of my life as a ceramic artist. I built my kiln in Kameoka in August 1988, and 31 years have passed since then. I am drawn to the simple yet indescribable cuteness, warmth, and natural, free atmosphere of early Imari ware, and I spend my days creating pottery, dreaming of one day creating my own antique Imari. Please take a look. Mitsuo Fujitsuka |
