My acquaintance with Yukio Shakunaga spans over thirty years. His daughter, Haru, held a solo exhibition at the Kakiden Gallery, and his son also showed us some excellent work at a gallery in Aoyama. And so, it was his turn to hold his own exhibition, which is now taking place. He is a person of great character, and his long-standing Etchu Seto pottery technique has matured.
