| Introduction Introduction |
The term "chakaiseki" (traditional Japanese multi-course meal served in the tea ceremony) might conjure up an image of being formal, high-class, and unapproachable, but that's not the case at all. It can certainly be used for everyday purposes, and I think you can enjoy combining it with various shapes and types of pottery. Unlike in other countries where uniform tableware is used, the distinctive feature of Japanese tableware is the enjoyment of combining different shapes and colors. I believe its origin lies in the tea ceremony cuisine (chakaiseki). Why not try incorporating the nuances of tea ceremony cuisine into your everyday meals? We look forward to your visit.
