| Biography Biography | Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido in 1957. Graduated from Tokai University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1980. Studied under ceramic artists Akira and Hiroko Yoshida. Established in 1987 in Izu Kogen, Shizuoka Prefecture. Building a climbing kiln 1993: Opened Gallery Minami Omuro Kiln. Go and build a kiln In 1999, he held a solo exhibition at Kakiden Gallery. He has held exhibitions there every year since. 2000: Held a solo exhibition at Fukuoka Mitsukoshi Department Store.
