「南極の澄んだ氷の色」(冨川)。「鳥の羽の美しさ」(御手洗)。 それぞれのモチーフである。 冨川さんがその氷に触れてみたいと焦がれた先にあったのが「氷青」と名付ける色でした。 アウトラインの美しい形は「凛々しくしなやかな輪郭に仕上げたい」という彼女の思いの転形なのです。 御手洗さんの鳥の羽の美しさとは、大気を抱え込んで帆翔(鳥が気流などに乗って、翼を広げたまま羽ばたかずに飛ぶこと)するとき大きく広がる翼の開放感であり、その際、重なり合う羽列の連鎖するフォルムのことです。 羽の生命活動のエッセンスを鋭く捉え、なおかつその具体的モチーフを超えて、何か天上の祈りに近い精神性をも感じさせます。 青と白、氷山と鳥翼、幾何学形態と有機体、そして光と影から生ずる色彩の階調。楽しみは尽きない。 しかも店主さんの粋な計らい、モチーフチェンジもある。 作家は大変だが、観る方はこんな楽しいことはない。 金子 賢治 (茨城県陶芸美術館 館長) |
| Biography Biography | □冨川 秋子 陶歴 昭和52年 神奈川県鎌倉市に生まれる 平成14年 女子美術大学 大学院 美術研究科 修了 平成19年 茨城県窯業指導所 成形･釉薬科 修了 2012: Selected for the 59th Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition. 平成25年 第5回 菊池ビエンナーレ 入選、第22回 日本陶芸展 入選、第53回 東日本伝統工芸展 入選 平成26年 現在形の陶芸 萩大賞展Ⅲ 岩国美術館賞 □御手洗 真理 陶歴 昭和60年 千葉県に生まれる 平成22年 サロン・ド・プランタン賞、藝大アートプラザ賞 準大賞、現在形の陶芸 萩大賞展2010 入選 平成23年 第21回 日本陶芸展入選 平成24年 東京藝術大学 大学院 美術研究科 陶芸専攻 修了 平成25年 第5回 菊池ビエンナーレ入選 |
