| Introduction Introduction |
Thank you very much to everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to visit our gallery in 2013. As the shop owner, I express my heartfelt gratitude. Now, the Kakiden Gallery will kick off 2014 with an exhibition of contemporary tea ceremony utensils by Mr. Haruzo Hayashiya. This exhibition marks the 11th time that Professor Hayashiya has presented his "Contemporary Tea Ceremony Utensils Exhibition." This special exhibition will showcase wonderful works by 26 artists, primarily focusing on tea bowls, but also including flower vases, water containers, and bowls. I apologize for bothering you during this busy time at the start of the new year, but I would be grateful if you could enjoy a leisurely stroll through Shinjuku and also provide your feedback. We look forward to your visit. Shop owner Takashi Yasuda |
